Our Smart Public Safety platform started when we discovered that police officers, EMS workers, firefighters and other urgent response professionals started using mobile applications on their smartphones to assist in their mission critical activities. These media apps and unsecure smartphone devices could not do exactly what the responders needed, but the new media sharing sped up response time and improved results. We understood that many public safety applications running on secure hardened communication devices and systems would become available. They would rapidly evolve, require testing and agencies, manufacturers and professionals need help in understanding new options, implementations and their business impacts.

To make successful smart public safety services, equipment, or content, you need to discover new options, learn how to do them, and get or create lots of documents and templates.
